Conversion Kits
We’re great believer in conversion kits - there are so many well produced models out in the market, that we don’t need to reinvent the wheel to build what we want.
This year’s Road to Tolentino blog series is going to rely heavily on conversion kits, along with some of our bespoke kits.
We’ve been tinkering around with some conversion ideas and thought we would share what we’ve done so far!
Here we have Victrix Napoleonic French Artillery 1812-15 combined with our Neapolitan Line Infantry and 7th Line Infantry bags of heads to make Neapolitan Foot Artillery and Regimental Artillery.
Next up we have Warlord Games’ Napoleonic French Voltigeurs skirmishing, with our 7th Line Infantry heads (the Warlord Games figures come with different head options- no snipping required!) and you can also see them leading a battalion of Warlord Games’ Napoleonic War Late French Line Infantry (1812-1815) which have been converted into the 7th Line Infantry, marching in greatcoats using the same conversion kit, alongside our command pack; the cased colours are from Steve Barber Models.
